With eight years of investment experience, Jorge is just as passionate about your
financial goals as he is about the community he serves. His specialties are
investments, retirement planning, and wealth and risk management. He
graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a double major in finance
and marketing. Jorge has a General Lines agent license to provide life, accident,
and health insurance in Texas and New Mexico; is FINRA registered; and is a Certified Retirement Counselor®.
Executive Director/Sr. Trust Officer
Judy’s dedication to helping you comes with 44 years of assisting our community
with their financial needs. She will help guide you to the right product for your
needs while specializing in trust and estate planning and administration. She
earned her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from Northwestern
University and is a Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk SpecialistTM. She is
also a former board member for Habitat for Humanity and an active supporter of
the El Paso Community Foundation.
Debra is a lifelong investor and has more than five years of experience in
providing sound, professional assistance and knowledgeable, personalized
investment service to our community. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts
degree from the University of Arizona and is a Registered Representative of CUNA
Brokerage Services Inc. Debra is also a
General Lines agent licensed to provide life, accident and health insurance in
Texas and New Mexico.
Senior Trust Officer
After 30 years in the trust profession, Linda is your go-to advisor for special-needs
trusts. She also specializes in elder services, trust administration, and
estate settlement and can walk you through every step. She is a current board
member and former chair for the Rio Grande Area Agency on Aging, a member
of the El Paso Estate Planning Council and is fluent in Spanish.
Susie de la Fuente
Financial Services Coordinator
After working for GECU for ten years, Susie knows how important the work we
do for the community is. Along with her lending and mortgage processor/closer
certifications, she helps keep the department organized and will be a point of
contact, if you have any questions.
With 20 years of banking experience and seven years as Trust Administrator,
Ercilia knows how to work with you to determine your specific needs. She is
experienced in guardianship administration, has been in the Cannon Trust
School for three years and is fluent in Spanish.
Moving her way up from teller to private banker to small-business and mortgage
lender, Gloria’s 23 years in various parts of the banking industry have given her a
deep understanding of the different needs of the region. She holds an American
Bankers Association diploma, consumer and commercial lending certifications,
and has been in the Cannon Trust School for two years.
