    You can make a credit card payment by logging in to your GECU Online Banking account or by calling toll-free at 1.800.772.4328.
  • Where can I redeem my reward points?
    Redeem your reward points online, or call the member service department at 1.888.725.2593. To be eligible to redeem points, your account(s) must be open and the GECU Rewards credit card cannot be delinquent and/or over the limit. Other limitations may apply.   • How can I process a balance transfer?
    You can process a balance transfer by logging in to your GECU Online Banking account, clicking the “Credit Card” tab, selecting “Balance Transfer” from the “Account Services” tab, and filling out the requested information.
  • Am I able to take cash out on my credit card?
    Yes, you are able to take cash out of your credit card by performing a cash advance within 50% of your credit card limit.
  • How old do I have to be to get a credit card?
