At GECU, our members’ financial well-being is one of our top priorities. We continue to work hard to provide you with the services and tools that you need during these uncertain times.

For the months of April, May and June, we provided our members with the opportunity to skip their payments on qualifying loans. As the skip-a-payment period has come to an end, we recognize that you may still need help making your loan payments due to the current circumstances. To request an additional loan extension or change your loan payment’s due date to better fit your needs at this time, please click the button below to see if your loan qualifies. Our team will review loan extension requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you don’t request additional assistance, loan and credit card payments that are late will incur a fee as we are resuming our normal late-fee assessments.

    • A loan extension advances the payment due date to the next month. Interest will continue to accrue daily and the term will be extended to accommodate for the loan extension.
